How long can the makeup last ?
Makeup longevity depends on your skin type and environment. Oily skin, outdoor heat, or humidity may affect how it wears throughout the day. If you are mostly in an air-conditioned indoor environment with minimal oil, the makeup can typically last 5–6 hours or longer while still looking fresh.
Do you use Junior Makeup Artists ?
No. We only work with experienced professionals.
All our makeup artists have at least 5–10 years of industry experience and are long-term collaborators we trust for consistent quality.
Can I choose a specific Makeup Artist ?
Yes, you can request a preferred artist.
If the location is outside of their usual service area, an additional travel fee may apply depending on the distance.
What brands of makeup products do you use ?
Product selection depends on each makeup artist’s professional kit and preference.
However, foundation products are typically from well-known, high-quality brands to ensure better finish and longevity.
We also prioritize hygiene — all brushes and tools are properly cleaned and sanitized before every session.
For bridal & ROM makeup, what is the difference between Creative and Master Makeup Artist ?
The difference lies in their level of recognition, awards, and refined expertise.
Our Master Makeup Artists are competition winners and recognized experts, especially in bridal makeup.
They are also qualified to teach makeup and hairstyling.
How early should I book my makeup appointment ?
For bridal or ROM makeup, we strongly recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred date and artist. Last-minute bookings may have limited availability.
For personal makeup, booking does not need to be too early. We currently open bookings within a 2-month window.
Why is the deposit non-refundable and balance charge for last-minute cancellations ?
The deposit secures your booking, covers service preparation, and locks the makeup artist’s schedule exclusively for you.
When a booking is confirmed, the artist has already reserved that time and may have declined other opportunities.
For cancellations close to the event date, a balance fee is required as compensation for the reserved time.
