Tavel Expenses

RM30 door to door service fee is required for each makeup artist.

Additional travel charges will apply to areas outside Klang Valley on a mileage basis.

Parking expenses are to be covered by the client.
Payment Terms

To secure your event date, non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking.

We reserve the right to request full payment if there is any discrepancy between the payment received and the services provided.

A rescheduling fee may apply if any changes are made after the booking has been confirmed.

A delay fee of RM80 per 30 minutes will be charged for late arrivals, as it may affect the overall schedule.
Cancellation Terms

Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

In the unlikely event that the makeup artist is unable to attend your appointment due to a personal emergency, we will arrange a replacement makeup artist.
Personal Makeup Services

Cancellations made within 3 days (72 hrs) of the scheduled appointment will require 50% payment of the remaining balance.

Cancellations made within 24 hrs of the scheduled appointment will require 100% payment of the remaining balance.
Bridal Makeup Services

Cancellations made within 90 days before the wedding date will receive a 30% refund of the deposit.

Cancellations made within 7 days before the wedding date will require payment of 50% of the remaining balance.

Cancellations made within 36 hours before the wedding date will require payment of 100% of the remaining balance.
