Booking Process

  1. Review service packages, availability, and pricing.

  2. Proceed with online booking or contact customer service for direct scheduling.

  3. Receive booking confirmation via WhatsApp and proceed with the deposit payment.

  4. The makeup artist will contact you via WhatsApp for further discussion.

  5. Pay the remaining balance on the service day after the service is completed.

T&C For Makeup Services

Tavel Expenses

  • RM30 door to door service fee is required for each makeup artist.

  • Additional travel charges will apply to areas outside Klang Valley on a mileage basis.

  • Parking expenses are to be covered by the client.

Payment Terms

  • To secure your event date, a 30% - 40% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking.

  • We reserve the right to request full payment if there is any discrepancy between the payment received and the makeup services provided.

  • A rescheduling fee may apply if any changes are made after the booking has been confirmed.

  • The deposit will be forfeited for changes made within 3 days of the scheduled date.

Cancellation Terms

  • Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • In the unlikely event that the makeup artist is unable to attend your appointment due to a personal emergency, we will arrange a replacement makeup artist.

Personal Makeup Services

  • Cancellations made within 3 days (72 hours) of the scheduled appointment will require 50% payment of the remaining balance.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will require 100% payment of the remaining balance.

Bridal Makeup Services

  • Cancellations made within 90 days before the wedding date will receive a 30% refund of the deposit.

  • Cancellations made within 7 days before the wedding date will require payment of 50% of the remaining balance.

  • Cancellations made within 36 hours before the wedding date will require payment of 100% of the remaining balance.
